Board of Directors

Our board is comprised of Veterans who serve as volunteers in organizing, setting up, and participating in the Healing Warrior Hearts weekends, as well as the fund-raising activities that support those weekends, such as the annual Gala, and the annual Golf Tournament. The board is dedicated to spread the word of the work we do. We thank the public and the businesses that help us support and share our vision of helping one Veteran at a time.

In 2005 Sam attended a Vets Journey Home Retreat. For the first time he came face to face with the unknown challenges in his life that he had carried home from the Vietnam War. It was an incredible experience that started him on an incredible healing journey. Continued participation in the work has allowed him to embrace trauma and allow it to walk with him, instead of behind him or in some dark place near him. More importantly, this allowed him to re-connect with peace and joy in his life.
